Hello.(it is from Japan)
By automatic translation software, sorry.
“Altantis” is very splendid!!
The good point that something is different in a lot of VST.
However, problem with my PC.
A screen is disheveled when I use “Altantis” and “AltantisFilter” simultaneously.
It is a problem of GUI even “AltantisFilter”?
It may be result of “WindowsME”?
I am disappointed,
but give it up if so.
Thank you.

Hi
I dig the rotating delay !
The synth looks very powerful, too.
Thank you and congratulations !
PS : Is an included preset browser planned ? At the moment, we can’t load/browse presets from the host…

can someone please help in making atlatntis up and running. I can only see dll files in the installation and I suppose I have to do something with them… possibly hosting in Cubase LE (my sequencer), since I suspect Atlantis is not an standalone system
thanks

Weng Weng: I admit it is currently a little cumbersome to browse for presets. 1.0 will have better preset browsing.
Antonio:
Copy the dlls to your VstPlugins folder. Probably under c:\Program Files\Steinberg.

hey jeremy,
the synth looks amazing but can i ask a silly question. i’m trying to use it in audiomulch, but do i need a midi keyboard to trigger it? anyway to get it to self-oscilate or ‘drone on’ without a midi trigger?
thanks,
bill

Hi,
Really like the Atlantis synth !!! It has alot of sonic potential.
My question is concerning the details of user wav files for the oscillators. Are there limits to size, must they be looped, must they be a single cycle etc. I’m having trouble with this and have read the manual.
Thanks,
Richard

Hi Jeremy,
I came accross your synthetiser by luck and I have to say its the best synth I have ever used.
The routing and modulation capabilities are incredible also the posibilities for life performance are endless.
Amazing work. Its exactly what I have been looking for.
Check my music if you get a chance so you can hear what I am talking about.

Hi Jeremy,
I’ve been using Atlantis for a few years now. Every time I play with it I discover some new potential. From a compositional point of view Atlantis is one of the most inspirational tools I have ever used. This past semester I used Atlantis to teach synthesis concepts to a high school electronic music class. Everyone is blown away by this synth! Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Hi Jeremy, it’s not often you get to say something to plug in designers, especially one who’s come up with something this good. Thank you very much. I love it.
I don’t know if you have any plans to improve Atlantis at all but I would dearly love to be able to edit envelopes in a much larger window, especially seeing as there can be so many edit points per envelope.
Just a thought, as I find the env windows can be a bit fiddly.
Still, this has got to be the best free synth i’ve come across so far. It’s even more powerful than Green Oak’s Crystal, which is great but I rarely use it, especially now I have discovered Atlantis.
Would also like to thank Limeflavour for their skins. They’ve really upped the look. Big kudos to everyone involved.
Will have to make some free patch banks to share.

Hi, second letter in the period of a few days. Again, a big thanks for this synth. I’ve been playing around with it loads and it’s getting better and better.
Didn’t read all the blurb on the rest of this site but have now and am glad to know you have some envelope improvements in mind. Bigger editing windows, snap to grid, envelope curves etc would all be most welcome, as would velocity curves for better control over playing action.
Also, are you wanting to host preset banks on this site? If not, where is there a good library I can post mine to?
