Atlantis

by Jeremy on March 10th, 2008

It’s been a while since I have given an update.  Once snowboard season is over, I will have a few more cycles to dedicate to Atlantis.

In the Atlantis Manual I have a wish-list in the future section. Most of these are GUI and file related. This means that the synth engine has matured to a level that I am happy with.

I sent a build to some of the Atlantis test team a while back.  The feedback has been good, and there will be a new build soon with the following features:

I’ve been dragging my ass on the new GUI code, but I will get to it.  Hang in there…

Good to see you’re back on (off?) track!

Looking forward to the new update; and putting together some presets ;)

Can’t wait for the new version, and it’s good to hearthe file management side of things is getting first dibs on the next release as the absence of bank functionality was sorely missed this side. Certainly worth the two yellow stars.

    Cheers!

hey jeremy, i’Ve two things to think over!

1.)what about a fine-adjustment for the lfo rate in a future release? for sound-fx the rate is sometimes not fitting to my needs, because it’s a bit too roughly adjustable!
2.)a coarse-fader for every oscillator to pitchbend between octaves without needing to finetune and tune but having the same result?

greets from germany! i didn’t know a synth which was so damn flexible like atlantis before! i really use it often!
